Fossils and Skeletons





Here are a number of illustrations that I produced in a few days. All the imagery are observational drawing which I created from go to the Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery. I looked into mainly fossils and skeletons. The artworks are all produced in pen and I used low tech methods of image editing using a photocopier.

Red Bull Animation

At the end of last year I entered the Red Bull Canimation, a national animation competition. This was my entry and it came in the top ten in the country under the student drawn category. You may want to turn the volume down when watching as the video is rather loud.

Mr. Hyde







Here is some character design of Mr. Hyde from the book 'Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde' by Robert Louis Steveson. The illustrations were produced using only one pen and water creating a bleed which i used to get tone. The text was hand press using metal printing blocks.

Everyone has time for Coffee





Here is a prototype coffee table that I made last year. The idea that whoever you are, you can enjoy a coffee. 

Alternative portrait of Mabel Stark


This is a study I did as an alternative portrait of Mabel Stark, who was a famous female tiger trainer. There has been no digital construction, all on one sheet of paper. This is a pencil, pen and ink illustration.
